    You are buying (2) TWO  NEW Auto Frame Hooks with a working load limit of 11,700 lbs.  Each individual hook has a WLL rating of 5,400 lbs. each.  These are forged made hooks with a grade rating of 5/16 G7.  These work well with tie down chains  or  ratchet tie downs with a twisted or flat snap hook.   Also used in a frame shops and auto repair shops.    Any questions please ask.
